  10. Take off the steamer once done and let cool and then unmould.

  12. Tip:If using plain all purpose flour, add a teaspoon of baking powder to the batter. Do not over steam, or else the cakes would harden from within, instead of being fluffy. You can steam using both, silicon moulds or paper cups.
